At The Candy Lash Lab, we are committed to delivering your lash supplies quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 6-10 business days (varies by country)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • The Candy Lash Lab is not responsible for any customs charges or delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
